"From Tijuana to Mérida: Bringing the Flavor of La Tradición to Península a Península"

It is with great excitement that I write to you from my kitchen in Tijuana to share news that fills me with pride: La Tradición de Tijuana has been invited to participate in the prestigious Península a Península event in Mérida, from October 23rd to 29th, 2025!

This is a dream come true for me and my entire team. Since we first opened our doors, my goal has been to share the authentic flavors and warmth of Tijuana's cuisine with the world. Now, we will have the honor of bringing our passion and our generational recipes all the way to the beautiful state of Yucatán.

Imagine, my iconic dishes like our Enchiladas Suizas, that Alambre in a molcajete that you all love so much, and our irresistible Fajitas, traveling from one peninsula to another, uniting two such rich and diverse gastronomic cultures. It's a unique opportunity to showcase the strength and evolution of Mexican cuisine, and to learn from the great chefs of Mérida and all of Mexico.

I promise that every dish we present at Península a Península will be made with the same love, the same fresh ingredients, and the same dedication we put into it here at La Tradición. We want every bite to be a journey, a memory, a celebration of our culinary heritage.
